Loved the location! We were close to the main area fir eating, shopping and fun, but far enough that we didn’t hear all the people partying at night! It’s a steep walk, but you get use to it fast and taxi/uber can pick up/drop off near the hotel entrance. We will definitely be back!!

On the website the hotel offered airport shuttle and when we arrived there was no shuttle available. Also they should list that the property isnt handicapped friendly. They should mention in order to get to property one has to walk a nice steep hill.

This property is about 50 steps from el callejon del beso, dining, and shopping. We loved the location but hated the parking. There is no car access to the hotel due to the very small narrow streets. We had to park at a public parking garage. So this means you have to walk up with your luggage and walk down. Quit a ways if you have heavy luggage and kids. So just keep that in mind. The staff was great and set up a taxi pick up for us to return to the airport. I would stay here again.

I liked that it was close to several landmarks within walking distance. I liked that Breakfast was included. Place was clean. The hotel is very hidden. I didnt like walking up the alleys with my luggage to get to the hotel. Very tiring. I asked for a room with a view but didn’t get it.

The room was nice and clean. Stuffs were very friendly! The breakfast was nice. Be aware if you have a luggage don’t try to walk from bus stop to the hotel, it’s up hills and stairs. Take a taxi. My room #502 need a new shower curtain mold around the curtain. Wifi is terrible never open a page, I end up use my own data.
