"Outstanding property, great location with 180 degree sea views. Comfortable good size rooms, high quality linens. Modern, very clean, good facilities (pools fitness room etc). Food is excellent (quality, choice and plentiful) both for breakfast and dinner. Best staff we have ever encountered - from the cleaners to servers, to front desk and entertainment staff, they all went out of their way to communicate, be helpful and make sure they could do everything to make your stay the best...

"First experience at the hotel and it did not disappoint even though we had an emergency during our stay which was no fault of the hotel, they went above and beyond to assist with all aspects of our stay! The food truck and internal restaurant was great alongside the high quality service for all staff members made the stay enjoyable. Poolside was nice touch to the hotel alongside

1. Room - On the first evening, our superior room air condition/AC was not working and we had ants in the room. We spent few hrs trying to get this issue sorted and then the duty manager Elia gave us an upgrade to a club room. The views from our previous room were spectacular, the club room view was not that good and we could see the large metal roof of from our balcony. We accepted this, as the hotel was full. We got free
