"It is a very excellent hotel. The staff and manager were exceptional. We had a problem with the booking, made through hotels.com; we booked 2 rooms but only one showed up on the reservation list of the hotel. The manager not only managed to accommodate us but went above and beyond in doing so. She was also very nice to help us with suggestions as to other places to dine.

"We stayed at the poolhouse with 2 kids and they loved jumping on the trampoline and having a big to run around in yard, it was a nice surprise ! Beds were a bit hard but overall stay and breakfast at the Piper's club was awesome !"
