Great property, loved the concept. Ideal for families with 3 children. Full amenities available, self checkin and checkout. Nothing negative, except you if you need someone to speak to for information it might not be available after hours.

Everything was fine

Location is close to Bruges. Not hard to find if you follow GPS to the address, then follow signs in to the hotel. It shares an address with Ibis on a small resort lake, so you know you are in the right place when you see signs for Ibis. Rooms are nice, and they are clean. One queen bed and three bunk beds in our room, basically immediately inside the door, along with the bath. This section is a bit tight, but you will only be sleeping there, so it's fine. The apartment opens up to the kitchen and living areas, with plenty of space. There are no staff on site. When you book a room, you will receive email with a code that will give access to parking, the building, and your room. This email should arrive a couple of days before your arrival. If anything goes wrong, you can call them at the number in the email, and they can give you new codes immediately. The highway is very close to the hotel, but you cannot hear or see it.

The apartment was new and in good condition. It was hard to find. We had to call and even they had problems explaining where to find the property. No one explained to us that it was expected from us to make the beds and to unmake the bed and take out the trash on check out. They provide the bedding, supplies to clean dishes and toilet paper but no hand soap.

Le client doit etre conscient qu il n y a aucune reception et qu en cas de probleme il faut se debrouiller seul. Dans notre cas on a eu quelqu un au telephone au bout de 3 jours. Le dernier jour plus de chauffage dans la piece principale et surtout plus d eau dans les toilrttes. Le parking etait inaccessible faute d un code fonctionnant

If you don’t forget your shower- and kitchen towels, some handsoap and toilet paper (1/2 roll is provided), you’ll be almost as comfortable as in your own home. There’s enough space, it’s very clean, you get a full kitchen at your disposal with everything you need to just shop at the supermarket and prepare some food and turn on the dishwasher (Tabs, sponge, dish soap and wipes are provided). If you want to hop outside, you just open the sliding door and walk out. If you like a double bed better, just pull open the sleep sofa. It’s very comfy. Sheets are wrapped in a foil for all beds, so after you have made your bed(s) you’re good to go :) there’s air conditioning, the curtains provide privacy and it’s nice and quiet out :) Snack bar is around the corner, because the camp site is next door. A huge Carrefour Hypermarket is a 15 min drive away. Certainly a recommendation!
