"Nya is a beautiful property with wildlife all around. I was able to watch a family if howler monkeys from the hammock outside my room. They left me a yummy dessert daily in my room they put in while I was out. The free breakfast menu had a variety of options including vegetarian. "We could not be any happier, this was the best location, close to the beach, great pool area to relax in a shady spot for peace and quiet. The rooms and room service are 5***** clean and fresh, smells amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful and so friendly. We felt like we were family. Look out for the two resident iguanas. "

Staff on site were courteous and helpful. Neighbors were also very nice and friendly. On the other hand, the property was difficult for us to find and the roads leading to the property were not yet paved; thus, a 4x4 would be highly recommended. I would stay at Villas Argan again without reservation."

"Santa Teresa Surf Vista Village was absolutely gorgeous. the views from our room were stuff dreams are made of. Marco was our host and was very helpful showing us around the property and gave us plenty of travel recommendations for the surrounding area. Very clean and efficient property with a clean pool and beautiful shared deck overlooking the jungle and ocean. My partner is from Japan and very discerning about accommodations and really loved this property. Will definitely come back next time...
