"Amazing and friendly staff, the moment we walked in. Limited supplies of snacks and coffee, but it absolutely does the job if and whenever you need some caffeine. The room has everything you need, and again, it supplied us with the comfort we needed on our two-day trip to Tainan. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for people who just want a really good-priced place to stay and explore the town :)"

"Very comfortable stay. Hotel service staff is very courageous. Hotel amenities are a plus, including self serve ice cream. Rooms are spacious, have an extra glass door for sound proofing. Only downside, wifi speed in the bedrooms is quite bad. "

"I had a wonderful two nights in this Kindness facility. Besides the dinning, the room is clean and comfortable. A surprising finding is that this hotel is 5 minutes walking distance to HoHsin bus station."
