The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good.
The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for. If you want a beach resort, this is not it."

"Nice hotel in a good location. The staff was very helpful and nice. Steam room and sauna were clean and we had nice massages in the spa treatment rooms on site.
The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Our room was clean and comfortable.
Would stay there again.
