Mostar is full of tourists, for good reason. It has a very walkable old town (wear good shoes as the cobblestone streets are tricky) outstanding food and great open-air musical offerings in summer. The calls to prayer from the mosques are charming.

While the old town around the famous bridge is somewhat touristy, the city is very walkable with plenty of areas to explore. Nearby attractions like Blagaj and the view from Fortica are well worth a visit, as recommended by our apartment's owners.

Beautiful place and makes a difference to stay overnight as you can walk the streets both after the rush of day trippers is over or before they arrive in morning. Lovely places to dine along the river

Wonderful food, excellent prices. Would recommend a full 24 hours for your visit. When it is hot it can be hard to explore and there is a lot to see.

Nice old town full of history. The bazaar even though very touristic is what it would have looked like in the old days.
