with great snorkeling. Room was clean, spacious and really comfortable. Service was amazing. Shuttle around the property for luggage delivery and to access all of the restaurants and amenities. Spa was beautiful and relaxing. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay there again."

First off, the staff we encountered from the front desk, to the security officer, to the pool guy - everyone was very friendly and welcoming, even when we literally got the manager out of bed early to check out and obtain a taxi. "Our Stay at BE was a mixed bag. Overall staff was very friendly. Randy and Isha made us feel very welcome on our first night! Went downhill from there. We paid for 2 rooms and were promised breakfast. On our second morning a staff member confronted my wife that our 15 year old daughter would have to pay 350 pesos to eat. Very tacky. They charged us 250 pesos when we could not find our second room key! Lots of nickel and diming at this place. Did not feel good. Pool was nice. Lifeguard was super...

"It’s a bit off, but easy to get around with grab. Room is ok, beds are a bit hard. Restaurant makes good food, but the selection is somewhat limited if you eat there more than 2-3 times. Pool is nice, staff is very helpful.
