It was a wonderful holiday and I highly recommend this resort. The only problem that we encountered was inconsistent policies at the beach. Jellyfish were presented and a purple warning flag (dangerous marine life warning) was displayed for 3 days of my stay. Day 1: staff said that no swimming, kayaking or fish-feeding allowed. Day 2: different staff said kayaking ok, swimming not allowed. Day 3: different staff said it’s ok to feed the fish, swim and kayak. The hotel should provide a consistent policy for their staff because the beach is the best part of the holiday resort.

Stunning View / Rooms Condition Not well maintained. Bathroom Door lock broken,TV not working. Window Blinds Very Dusty.coffe maker was broken.Employees are Lack Of Training for a 5 star Resort.Enye Restaurant staff didnt check My Table after delivering food. . Felt discriminated . They Give better service to Foreigner customer only.service Is too slow. I will Not Recommend This property.

Best birthday ever….
Crimson Mactan is always one of my favorites but this time they made it the best. We went for my girlfriends bday and after an issue with our transfer they went above and beyond making the rest of our stay amazing. From sending wine to our room, to setting up dinner at enye, the candle light dinner on the beach at azure, to allll the bday cakes they gave my girl…the experience was like I said earlier amazing. I hope they are able to recover well from the typhoon.
