The staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel beach is the best in Marsa Alam. The diving centre is fantastic, and the team is really competent; they constantly priorities your safety. We will undoubtedly return there in the near future. "

Receptionists are very bad ac and fridge broken in the room for the whole trip thought i informed the front desk many times

Though chief cook attia and food and beverage manager mr hassan did there best to comfort us but i guess the hotel owner doesn't wanna spend any money on his hotel guests
