Wonderful, Irene and her family are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is brought to your room which we really enjoyed. Irene help us coordinating a tour of Santorini and help us with details about our return trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed here for 4 nights during peak summer season. We booked the beautiful new room with private pool. Amazing breakfast, amazing daily turn down service, friendly staff. Also perfect location! 15 mins on a quad to OIA, 20 mins to the light house. I highly reccomend booking here and hiring a quad for your stay! It’s absolutely perfect 🙏

Lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk from the centre, which was probably a good idea because it’s so busy there and you got privacy at your hotel and in the pool. Very beautiful sunrise in the morning, you got to pick what time you wanted your breakfast delivered to your room & the lunch was amazing and good value. I would say it’s on a main road, but wasn’t scary for us at night and seemed safe.

From the day we arrived Kristina took care of us. She is very helpful and super kind. Provided all the information needed. The property it self is very private for people who prefer a private pool. It is also super clean they come every day for cleaning the suite as well as the pool. Their breakfast is fantastic. Irene the Owner was very generous and nice to postpone our checkout till noon as the flight was delayed with no extra charges. Santorini is beautiful & special, and Perla Nera made our experience even extra special. I would come back and book in Perla Nera again for sure as it was worth every single penny spent there. Best stay ever!

This was by far the best stay of our 2 week trip across Europe! From the communication before we even arrived to our departure. This property is such a gem. The property is beautiful, we received an upgrade to our room and we were so thankful. Irene and Georgia are two of the most thoughtful women and are always willing to help. They made our stay stress free, and we were able to relax and enjoy the beauty of Santorini. Breakfast in the morning was amazing and a great added amenity to the stay at no additional cost. The small gift we were given at the end of the stay was so thoughtful.

GREAT hotel to stay in Santorini

The receptionists Andria & Mary are so helpful & full of information. Always willing to answer all your questions. The room was very spacious, breakfast was delicious . It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the main bus station. There is also a bus stop across from the hotel that takes you to OIA. Very convenient. We asked for a couple of hours extra after checkout time & they were granted at no extra cost . Most of all the staff is very friendly & caring , even their mascot Lucas!

Abbiamo trascorso 9 notti al Perla Nera. L' Hotel è stupendo: ha delle camere meravigliose e la posozione è ottima per raggiungere ogni parte dell'isola. Il personale è gentilissimo e soprattutto è sempre sorridente ( anche i ragazzi che si occupano delle camere e della colazione). Non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. Ci ritornerei sicuramente, CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!
