One of best hotels i ever stay, service and kidness are on another level. We got room upgrade, we were constanly given small gifts and candies. Service is fast and there is always someone available. We also had emergency health issue and hotel had own medical staff and arranged doctor for us. Will come bsck definetly.

Great hotel , was some minor building work going on and noise could be heard few times in afternoon when in room. Food was excellent and room was as expected. Only problem was the waiter service at pool and beach . English did not seem main language and when tried order drinks food most times wrong order came . Just seemed most staff were wandering rather than serving . Had stayed prior banyan tree when was cesar palace and service was perfect . Come on banyan tree get this sorted !

Bluewaters is a really chic area by the marina. Can be annoying travelling between the two buildings of the hotel (try staying at main tower - Caesar). Hotel is modern, rooms are great, housekeeping services are brilliant. Worth considering the half-board, it's excellent value

Beautiful hotel with the best customer service I have experienced anywhere in the world. Nicholas who was stationed by the pool during our stay was particularly warm and helpful as was Zipporah who checked us in. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!
