Check-in was okay. It seemed to take a long time and they weren’t busy. They told me the wrong number for my room so someone had to come up and help me find it. I was tired and expecting dinner. On my email confirmation it said dinner was included. In hotel listing it also offered club access. However, dinner apparently meant happy hour and there was no mention of club access. Apparently afternoon tea also included, but I was too late for this. Honestly, I would not have cared about dinner except I was arriving so late (7 pm) after a long train ride so I think a bit of a disappointment. There was a nice little welcome snack of some macarons and fruit. The bathroom was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful elegant design. Great bathtub. Breakfast had a variety of Asian and western choices. Service for this was attentive. I also got a free ride to the airport but they didn’t tell me it was included so I spent ten minutes trying to communicate with driver trying to make sure he took WeChat pay. I think it’s a really nice place to stay —close to airport and funky designs. Part of the issue was translation and my own inept mandarin. I would stay there again.

Although a short overnight stay before taking the train to Beijing, the hotel, staff, and convenience were top notch. Immediate area was walk-friendly with restaurants & shopping nearby. Cute hotel with all the necessary conveniences. Would definitely stay again!

The overall lighting inside the hotel is extremely dark from the reception, the lift, corridor and the room. The overall impression is a very strange place instead of a proper modern hotel at this rate. The breakfast buffet is okay but definitely need more choice especially on salad and fresh fruit department.

Inviting hotel in a convenient location
I was only staying for a quick night before heading to the train, but I really enjoyed the unique decor of the hotel. The room was decorated with a vintage luggage motif that felt both rustic and elegant - less institutional than most international hotels. The one disappointment was that other reviews suggested the hotel was close enough to walk to the Hongqiou train station but we were advised to take a cab.

Absoluting Amazing Hotel
This hotel is really nice. Everything was great. Bed was so very comfortable, shower great, theme of hotel is very nice, the area has so many shopping and food choices, great staff. The only thing I could ask for is signage on the other side on the back side of the building when we came from the train station we could not recognise this was the hotel. And using online maps could not pin-point the hotel. You could stay her for several days and be very happy.

The hotel has a great atmosphere upon entering. Service was friendly but cumbersome at check in, especially after a long international flight. The rooms were well appointed with all the amenities you could ask for. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Western fast food within walking distance. Shower was superb. I would highly recommend a stay here!
