Great stay
Really enjoyed our stay - basic, clean and comfortable rooms, and really friendly helpful service from the receptionists and porters. Location can’t be beaten - just moments from the zocalo on a popular street. Only bugbears to note is there is a bit of street noise (but nothing too bad), and more significantly we couldn’t find a wifi network in our room (third floor), so had to use wifi in the common areas. Ok for a short stay but would get tiresome for a longer stay or if you had to do any work online.

Lo único que me hubiera gustado es que me hubieran dado una habitación sin balcón, lo cual solicité con 2 semanas de anticipacion apenas tuve mi código de reservación, y a lo que me dieron que no habría ningún problema puesto que tenían habitaciones disponibles. Y bueno finalmente me dieron una con balcón hacia el lado de la calle.

Great location one block from main square. We had a room with a balcony facing a side street which was very loud until the early morning hours. Clean, safe , good WIFI. Coffee served in lobby 24/7 was a very nice touch. Good value.
