The hotel is beautiful, service was good. Room service & dining room breakfast were good. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Staff were friendly. There did not seem to be any recycling option. Concierge were nice but couldn't answer all of my questions. If you didn't want to pay for the hotel taxi (more), one had to get their own Uber -- perhaps this is an Amman thing generally, not sure.

Absolutely outstanding hotel. Service from Ammal was faultless. The cocktails in Caprice were superb, the meal at the Asian restaurant was out of this world.
