The customer service was disappointed.Had a mis-matched booking record (booked 3 rooms,but only 2 rooms shown in their record).
I took their initial suggestion to call Expedia and I received confirmation of my booking is correct,however,during check in,they claimed they still do not have Expedia's confirmation for the third room's booking,and suggested again me to call Expedia,but I refused as I felt that is between them and Expedia for such incident, they should do the verification instead of asking the customer to do it.
Eventually I received 3 rooms per my booking and my experience with the hotel is good.
But I strongly feel that the hotel staff should be equipped with better problem solving skills as to able resolve any problems in different situations quickly.
