The room was very clean but a sparse. Breakfast is not great and overpriced. They used cheap eggs for the scramble and all coldcuts, butter and jellies are individually packaged so you leave the table with a pile of plastic wrappers.

Very close to Effteling
Very good place to stay . Walking distance to Effteling park break not great value if you are vegetarian or vegan. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Restaurant closes at 9 . So food option's very limited .

Nice room. Clean and comfy. Check in was smooth with smiley staff. At the evening when we came back from Efteling after a long day, the staff were less responsive and acted like we are not welcome at their restaurant.

Modern and slick looking guesthouse. Main traffic is to Efteling theme park. Last room available was a room to sleep 5, so not brilliant value. Essentially, slickly designed bunkbeds with minimal floor space and small bathroom. Would be handy if you had 3 kids. Ever since booking, I was bombarded with emails asking me for a variety of information to make check in easier and adding extras - which I did. When we arrived, they could not find the booking and it randomly turned up under my son's name. Breakfast was expensive for what it was but the surroundings were nice. We mentioned a gluten free person in our party at check in but it seemed to be a complete surprise at breakfast and we were rather grumpily told we should have let them know! There was a air hockey machine and pool table and good bar area. The styling was disguising some of the basic qualities though. Laundry carts were left everywhere and we had to walk past storage piled up in the corridor to get to our room. Supermarkets and shops directly nearby and easy parking. There is a great Greek restaurant nearby too. You can even walk to the Efteling. On balance, we would have liked it better at a more reasonable price.

Excellent Location to visit Efteling Park
This hotel is situated in an excellent location for a visit to Efteling as there is just a 5 mins walk to the park. It has a lot of amenities intended for the younger guests and my son really enjoyed using them. The rooms are very nicely decorated and beds are very comfortable. In a room occupied by 4 persons (as in our case) it was a bit difficult to manage the space in view of the luggage. Overall a great experience
