Honest Review
Service and the running facilities (ac, water bottles, hot water, new towels, clean sheets, and floor mats) are very good. The service staff helped us with everything we needed; breakfast on time, use of the refrigerator, and accommodating to our needs. We were they to participate in a cycling event in Jogja and the service staff were very helpful during our stay there.
But I am a light sleeper and there are rectangle cut-outs in our room wall so I can hear people talking, and watching videos in the open space outside our room till late at night. The room walls looked old and mouldy, and the bathroom needs a touch up.
I understand I pay for what I get, but the quality and facilities of the hotel did not match the cost of the room. I felt it was too expensive for what it offered.
