房間比想像的還小，洗澡時水乎冷乎燙，一整個很難受，而且太燙時調一點點熱度 會突然變冷水，重點是電熱水器，要看其他客房有沒有人洗澡，這整個很不方便，房間緊鄰大馬路，晚上馬路呼嘯而過的聲音非常明顯，不是很好睡

門口有個小空地, 一樓大廳有很好喝的咖啡以及花蓮在地名產可以吃吃喝喝 民宿有電梯上樓, 客房的地板有一種磁磚貼錯面的感覺, 霧面凹凸感覺清潔不易 上下舖的設計很適合有比較大的小孩的家庭同遊 飯店位置位於遠東百貨愛買正面對 十分方便 特約停車場在走路三分鐘的後方巷子內 唯一事先就知道的小小遺憾是沒有供應早餐
