We were welcomed warmly, and made to feel valuable. The staff are helpful and friendly, the room was pristine and very comfortable. This is our "go to" place when we come back to Niagara Falls!

Nice budget hotel

Excellent customer service, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Nice hot shower with good pressure, safe neighborhood, walking distance to the falls, restaurants, attractions. It is an older hotel, but If you are on a budget, Advance Inn is a good choice. Would stay here again.

Clean room that fit my family needs and budget. Very near everyday things to get you through as opposed to tourism markup pricing. No fault of the inn but visitors must be mindful that the neighboring historic Lundy Lane park is filled with drug users and paraphernalia. I will stay here again the next time I travel to the Falls.
