Very clean. Rooms are nice and spacious. Staff could be trained a bit more to provide better service. Pool service was very slow. Breakfast could be improved, but overall the hotel is nice

Ellent Family Friendly Hotel
Excellent venue and hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Haidi from Animation Team was friendly and active. Breakfast buffet requires some improvement in food quality to match the rest of the hotel rating.

The worst experince ever in my life in this hotel, the facility is very old and the furniture is old, the power is cut for 1 day, last day the water is cut also, the lake is not clean , the is a wasting draninge water, not healthy, the money paid does not worth it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked the size and layout of the guest rooms. The evening meal was very basic and the dining area was too small for the number of guests. In fact, I had to sit outside for breakfast which was very cold as the terrace was not in the morning sun. We left the property earlier than planned as the rooms were very cold despite the heating units. The heating units also function as air conditions and are placed near the ceiling.so the heat does not move to the tiled floor area.

Gedateerd overgewaardeerd hotel. Zeker geen 4**** waard. Ranzige badkamer, schemerlamp waarvan kap scheef stond, roest aan hekwerk balkon, kraan wastafel zat los, geen wifi op kamer en in de lobby zou er wel verbinding. Daar ook niet. Geen verwarmd zwembad. Na ontbijt buikpijn gekregen en na avondeten aan de diarree. Suggestie aan Expedia: ga binnenkort weer eens langs.
