What a deception! I have many times chosed Ibis Botafogo when in Rio, and have been very satisfied. This time however Ibis Botafogo was fully booked and I ended up at Ibis styles Horrible bed and pillows, bad cleaning up, you could hear your neighbors chat, the breakfast was some afternoon tea, a lot of cakes, the reception staff, well they answered the questions where the knew tha answers, but didn´t do a thing to make a call to get more information. Long time since I stayed at such a bad hotel, not even cheap. To avoid,

O hotel da rede Íbis: moderno e conveniente, muito perto do metrô Botafogo e do Botafogo Praia Shopping. O quarto é bem limpo, com boa utilização do espaço; o box do chuveiro é espaçoso (da para mexer os braços enquanto lava o cabelo com tranquilidade. A cama é confortável e a roupa de cama e banho também. O atendimento é bem feito e destaco aqui o atendimento da Sra Gerusa (“de Jerusalém, a cidade sitiada”) que comanda o café da manhã. Em um geral o atendimento é muito bom. Tive um problema com o cofre, mas não digo que isso vá me impedir de voltar. Se você quer uma coisa honesta, com conforto, bom café da manhã (que, no caso da minha reserva eu quis incluir) e boa localização, pode reservar o Íbis Styles tranquilamente. Aliás, acho que daqui para frente, nunca mais vou querer um hotel longe do metrô em qualquer lugar onde eu for, e em especial no Rio de Janeiro.

O atendimento do hotel foi excelente, funcionários muito atenciosos, educados e simpáticos. Localização é ótima, bem próximo do shopping de Botafogo. Tem bastante farmácias por perto. A vista da rua dá pro Cristo, é simplesmente muito lindo. Impossível se acostumar com as paisagens mágicas do Rio. Os pontos a melhorar são limpeza das roupas de cama, pois haviam manchas nos travesseiros e lençóis; limpeza do quarto também, havia alguns cabelos no chão e as paredes tem algumas manchas não sei se de umidade ou apenas sujeira mesmo. De resto foi tudo muito excelente. Voltaria outras vezes.
