The property fulfilled our needs perfectly. The only thing I would say that was not professional was a lack of response (none at all) to an email I had sent a few days prior departure, and also some of the staff were more friendly and helpful than others. One lady made you feel like you were putting her seriously out when all you were doing was asking a simple question or requiring some basic assistance. Overall all 4 of our party were pleased and would be more than happy to recommend the Splendid hotel!

The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the loud music that was playing outside on the nearby restaurant terrace. It only stoped at 3:00 am in the morning. Unacceptable. I understand that it’s not the hotel’s fault but something must be done about changing municipalities regulations. Thank you for otherwise a great stay!

No AC. Only heat. Room temp upon arrival was 32.2 C or 90F. Asked reception to turn AC and they stated that only heat is available. Asked for fan. Nope. Couldnt reach only 2 windows in room Way high on celing corner. No.shower. Small bath tub No parking. You need to drive around until you find a spot and lug suitcases to hotel. In room fridge was unplugged. Everything warm, spoiled?. Plugged it. Never got cold. Would not recommend this hotel.

Christmas Marketler için yaptığımız bu seyahatte bu hoteli seçmemizin en büyük nedeni merkezi olmasıydı. Ancak hotel bunun yanında üstün hizmet, kaliteli malzeme ve temiz duruyor. Sadece Resepsiyonda bulunan çalışanlar biraz daha güler yüzlü olabilir. Yatakları geniş ve rahattı.

Characterful comfort in a great location.

A lovely, characterful hotel in a great location. The staff were very helpful, including bringing us an extra duvet when requested. A very pretty room, with an extremely comfy bed. A huge selection of food for breakfast, again served in a lovely room. Off-site parking worked well and was secure. Cost 30 lei per day, around 6.50GBP, which was acceptable in the location.
