Ventilation system the smell is all over the place Smoke Smell smell is all over the place . Need recycle of freshly air pumps of fresh air obtaining the moisture and smoking smell from hotel . Some moisture was found on concrete wall of my washroom. Some Mould was found at the bath Remaining is very good service and update Furniture and lay out.

when I checked out, the hotel asked me to pay full expense, although I showed my reservation in Hotels.com. the hotel insisted that Hotels.com will return my reservation fee. after I came back from my trip, I sent email and called Hotels.com several times to ask for help, but 20days later, still no answer.
