The hotel is super dirty! No cleaning in corridor, elevators are full of garbage and no one cleans them during my stay. The room is full of insects and bugs. I asked reception to do something about it but noting done.my room was in 1st floor and noice of ground floor club was up to 3 am . It was worst experience I ever had during my 25 year of travel.

By far THE worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. The place is not even worth 1 star. The bald guy at the service counter was terrible. Worst service ever very unprofessional

I arrived at the place at 2 am only to be told there is no room available for me because they had overbooked. It wasn't just me there were at least 7 other people who had had been told the same thing. We all had to stay in other hotels. Disgraceful service.
