Big on noise, little on relaxation
We've been to San Pedro several times and were looking forward to staying at Ramon's this time. However, between the construction work on a deck, and the bilge pump operating on the shore, there was very little relaxation to be had - it could be heard from our room and the pool. In fact, we skipped massages knowing that the noise would prevent a peaceful experience. Too bad. they had such greats potential. Room itself was comfortable enough, standing water in the shower could use some work. And maybe offer more than just beer and wine at the bar and restaurant.

A wonderful hideaway on the beach
I wonderful, peaceful hideaway. My room was perfect with no noise. The staff were so helpful and polite. A small recommendation would be a tv in the room. As a solo traveller and in quiet season, there was very little to do ine 3vening.

Mini Jungle room cozy, clean, and unique
The hotel room was cozy, clean and very unique. The only downside was one night the next door room were making noise and we could hear everything. The room does not have a tv for those sport fan or gamer. The AC in the room works great. Everyday the room got clean and customer services is very good , especially the front desk very helpful. They do offer to get pick up and drop off from the water ferry. They also offer excortions everyday for the a reasonable price.

Absolute gem
Ramon’s is an absolute gem on Ambergris Caye. You’ll learn very quickly that it’s the best spot to be and that you don't ever need to leave. The staff is super attentive and kind. It truly is the most special place and I hope to be back someday!

Awesome visit to San Pedro.
Outstanding! Beautiful views, great service, nice pool in the jungle, convenient location.for town and bar hopping on golf carts. Very good beds and great balcony view. Only 100 mts from airstrip. Roman’s is a nice hotel in a very convenient and safe part of town. However, there was noise starting at 6am until well after midnight. It was very hard for us to sleep and enjoy our time to relax with constant drilling, hammering and loud banging. We reached out to the front desk and were very disappointed when they offered no solution or assistance with addressing the issue.
