The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. This applicable on all the staff starting from the reception, bar and restaurant. The hotel is very nice, it deserves a nice staff not like the existing one.

Hotel qui mérite bien ses étoiles. On a eu une chambre avec piscine privative chose qu'on a apprécié. Les chambres sont très correctes, draps et linges propres. Équipe d'animation sympathique. Buffet varié. Wifi de bonne qualité. Deux petit bémols qui n'ont tout de même pas gâché notre séjour. Équipe de réception et d'accueil débordée ayant perdue le sourire. Problème d'insonorisation des chambres.

Très bel hôtel grand jardin, beaucoup de choix pour les buffets, personnel accueillant, poli, souriant. proximité de l'aéroport. Passé un bon séjour. C'est certain que la saison est un peu instable point de vu météo, beaucoup de vent mais on en a profité pour visiter Tunis, Carthage, Sidi Bou Saïd; bien sûr Monastir avec le mausolée de leur ancien président Bourguiba; tout à côté il y a une citadelle assez importante à visiter aussi, j'ai apprécié.. J'ai aimé Monastir le souk est plus petit qu'ailleurs et suffisant.

The staff went above and beyond during our stay. Made sure we were happy and comfortable our entire stay. The pools and grounds were clean at all times. Staff friendly and helpful. Security on beach and perimeters of grounds too.
