The stay itself was ok, but the problems started later. The hotel double charged me for my stay. I fully paid at the reception when checking in using their QR code system. However, 10 days later, they charged my credit card again for the full amount of the reservation. I tried to contact the hotel via the phone number provided. They never pick up the phone even though I was calling them around 10 times over the course of a few days. I contacted Expedia customer service, but they were unable to contact the hotel either suggesting to dispute the transaction with my bank. Be aware that if something goes wrong, reaching the hotel after your stay will be impossible.
