Great quiet, convenient hotel with a great view
We stayed at the 4 Points by Sheraton for my daughters Birthday. The staff, especially Sam at the front desk went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay, including blowing up balloons and putting up a Birthday banner i had sent and asked for them to do, not an easy feat! We were given a beautiful room with the best view of the bridge and the ferris wheel over the Docklands. There is a free tram as well straight out the front of the hotel into the city. Across the road was The District, a place full of shops and eating areas. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic.

Great, quiet location.
Fantastic hotel in Docklands. This hotel was very quiet with very little road noise at night. Staff were very friendly. Pool was nice and warm and the games room was a hit with the children. It was great to have a range of dining/snack/drinking options within the hotel. The only negative would be the cleanliness of the shower.

Broken bathroom door resulting in me being locked inside until maintenance arrived: room not ready for 3 hours after check-in and the elevator was slow (all the time) Where to get towels for the pool was confusing. Staff were very nice but seemed overworked due to under staffing.
