Great location
It was a nice place with great places to eat within walking distance. The only issue was the fridge didn’t stay cold the last few days. However, after we left PR had a major power outage, so this may have been the reason. I think we picked a great place to stay.

Ok for a night or two !
Ok place /More a tiny room with a kitchenette and a tiny bathroom (toilet and a shower WITH ONLY COLD WATER)!!! Wifi was down my five nights... NO WIFI at all(the landlord dude said It was the providers fault).Ha...or that they had stopped paying the bills???..I ended up buying an eSim card that worked fine.Its about 6-7 min walks to the super market, and few restaurants On The Miramar side,15-20 min walk over to Condado playa.Rates was ok for what you get ...Area felt safe but there was some Loud Idiots living above I the same property making a bloody civil war during two nights, They should have got kicked out ...I won't stay again and do not recommend It if you ain't to fussy and spend your days out of this property.(has potential but wrong management)!

En general, el lugar es bastante agradable. Eso sí, el anfitrión del lugar no tiene una buena comunicación para nada. Les cuento, yo hice la reservación por Expedia para quedarme con mi familia una noche, el anfitrión del lugar me llama tres días antes de mi reservación para confirmar, sin embargo, sus primeras palabras fueron “estoy bien molesto con su reservación, estuve a punto de cancelar”, a lo que yo le respondí, cual es la situación, me dice que el precio de esa reservación no es el correcto, luego me dice que tengo que pagar por cada persona adicional. Yo le digo que mi reservación es para 4 personas, el me contesto molesto que NO, pero cuando verificó el sistema para corroborar me dice “cada vez que veo esta reservación me molesto más”, no le dije mas nada, solamente le confirmé. Ese mismo día en la noche tuve una situación personal. Pues decidí cancelar. Lo llamo al día siguiente y cuando le explico la situación, le pregunto, "si cancelo mi reservación usted me devuelve el dinero", a lo que me contestó, “eso No va a suceder, eso jamás va a suceder, pero si no va a venir me lo informa con anticipación”, le dije no se preocupe, eso no va a suceder, nos vemos allá. El anfitrión debería ser más empático y mejorar su destreza de comunicación.

Cuidado Estafa!
Esto es una estafa, llegue al Dto, me dieron un número para abrir la puerta, entramos, hacia cerca de 50C adentro, lleno de cucarachas muertas, en el living comedor no hay aire acondicionado, las ventanas no tienen vidrios ni mosquiteros, solo se abren unos ventiluces, me fui por qué era inhabitable, tuve que irme a otro hotel, me comuniqué con el dueño, al otro día volví ya que que no me reintegraban el dinero, me dio otro Dto, en planta baja, más chico,( éramos 4 personas, mi esposa y mis dos hijas), el baño no tenía puerta ni cielorraso, solo una cortina el lo que sería la puerta de ingreso, me quede una noche, nos morimos de frío ya que sin el aire no se puede estar, igual condición que arriba, ventanas sin mosquiteros, y sin ropa de cama, solo sabanas, al otro día el cumpleaños de mi esposa y cuando quisimos salir con el auto habían dejado otro atrás y no pudimos salir del Dto, fue todo un desastre, volvió a aparecer el dueño Angel, prometió devolverme el dinero de el alquiler, ya que volví a irme de ese lugar, lo cual nunca ocurrió, son estafadores, deberían sacarlos de esta página, no entiendo cómo pueden estar aquí.

I'd do it again.
Building was a little rough around the edges. But the interior was decent and comfortable. Prefect for a lengthy stay equipped with entire kitchen and living room, separate from bedroom. Small A/c unit worked perfectly, for bedroom only with doors closed made for a comfortable nights sleep. Bring your own toiletries, they aren't provided. The only real downside was the hidden cleaning fee, $100 which wasn't that big a deal because it seems everyone hits you with these hidden fees of some sort. So account for that. Overall a good stay, not luxurious by any means, but good for the cost. And there is a private gated driveway to park in.
