Check in process was not great as the afternoon front desk attendant at the time gave a poor reflection of the property. Attendant was not friendly to new guests. Disappointed at the level of service provided.
However, staff encountered throughout the remainder of the stay was accommodating and polite.
Breakfast was very good each day, with different Chinese Breakfast variations each day.
Room had plumbing issues such as toilet not having water to flush or water not draining at wash sink. Room cleanliness could improve as we found previous room guest’s used Nespresso Pods still in the room.
