Picturesque hotel with some things to improve
Staff was very polite and nice, breakfast was very good. There is some entertainment so that was appreciated, like cooking classes and music at night for free. However, given the drought, the water service is not 24 hrs, internet service is intermittent, and there is no ventilation in the rooms. Depending on your room, there is a lot of noise given the location of the hotel facing a busy street, this was our case and it was difficult to sleep. But it is very picturesque and location is centric.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The front desk rep Graziela was phenomenal and made us feel like family. The restaurant staff were also phenomenal and made us feel at home. If you are looking for a place to stay in Cusco look no further. This hotel offers you a great stay with very friendly and trusting staff. Graciela, went above and beyond to make our stay great. The breakfast buffet is delicious. This place is at a walking distance to Plaza de Armas and a little hidden enough to offer a quiet night sleep. There is live music every night and a great variety of dinner options in their restaurant.

Poor Service Desk Skills
Good location, terrible service. Airport transfer was initially offered, however we didn’t need it for our arrival. When requesting for our departure, we were told it was inbound only. The service desk representatives were not friendly either upon check in, or during check out, when very early in the morning (5am, not yet light out), we were told to move out the door. Thankfully our Uber driver was extremely punctual and up just in time.
