Nice but dissapointing
Location is nice and the property on arrival seemed very nice (lobby). However when we got to our room it had garbage in the refrigerator, representing the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. We spoke to front desk and they offered to move us to a different room but we had to wait over an hour for it to be ready. Then when we finally got to the new room the terrace door was locked or broken and couldn’t be opened. They took over a day to send someone to fix it. As a result we only got to enjoy the outdoor space on the last night. Lastly, there were no extra blankets, towels or toiletries despite staying 3 nights. I was a bit disappointed overall with the quality of stay.

It was in a central location and convenient with all the facilities near by specially transport, although the lifts are a little noisy, also the fact that they charge a credit card fee which I wasn't aware of it, it's very disappointing. Spent 3 nights in a one bedroom Harbour View Suite. That view is one of the best views I have seen in my life, it was just as beautiful as an ocean view of waikiki beach or a strip view in Las Vegas. The floor to ceiling windows really allow you to appreciate the view during all times of the day.

We had a lovely stay at the Meriton Suites North Sydney. It was comfortable, clean and secure. Our suite was located directly next to the elevators and we heard absolutely zero noise that would normally be associated with that location in a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was optimal for walking and getting around the city. There was some confusion about parking, as reservations must be made beforehand and that wasn't immediately clear when we made room reservations, but we worked it out easily and found a deck about a block away. That's something that might have been stated during the boking process that I simply could have missed. Either way, not really an issue. Overall, a great place to stay in a great spot.
