Rude staff and problems with booking/payment
Don't stay here - the booking and payment is not working and the staff are so rude ! When we arrived to the hotel the 4th August at 8 pm the staff in the reception told us that they haven't received any booking or any money from hotels.com. Therefore they wanted us to pay again and they didn't care when we showed them the confirmation email (with booking and payment). This is a problem that they have had before according to the staff and also according to a review from a customer on hotels.com. We showed them the confirmation of booking and payment several times but they insisted that we had to pay AGAIN. They were so rude to us and just laughed when we tried to talk with them about the problem. They also said that we couldn't talk with the hotel manager because they didn't have his number. So many things were so wrong ! In the end they ignored us and didn't want to help us unless we payed them again. Therefore we had to find another place to stay. They didn't have a computer for the receptionist to use, and the wifi didn't work, so no internet at all. Wonder why they didn't receive anything from hotels.com...
