We loved our 3 night stay at Hotel Tamarindo Village! Steve, Martha and Trevor made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived! They provide a great breakfast in the morning, served poolside and prepared by great a staff. It's close to the beach and an easy walk to all of what Tamarindo has to offer. If you're looking for a smaller more intimate resort for your time in Tamarindo, I would urge you stay at Hotel Tamarindo Village! When we go back we will stay there again!

Stave and Martha are awesome. We are vegetarians and they accommodated our needs for bfast with a special preparation of costs rican cuisine and homemade salsa. Rooms are very comfortable. Only negative is hotel is a bit of a walk from beach so a shuttle or golf cart service would have been the cherry on the cake. Overall safe, family friendly and cute!

Hotel was nice, out of the way from all the noise. Room was comfy but it there was some issues. Curtains were very thin and with the lights on it was see through from the outside. Floor inside the bathroom was dirty. Aside from that it was ok, I wouldn’t stay here again for the price of the room.

This was our first vacation not staying at an all inclusive and it was amazing! The owners were wonderful people. The property was well maintained and our room was beautiful. We had room #11 with the king bed in the loft, open air bathroom and the plunge pool on our deck. We used the plunge pool every morning and evening. We bought a small charcoal bbq and cookednon our deck, played music and had angtrat time. This room is very private. Our friends stayed in room #10 and loved it just as much. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and was the perfect start to our day. We will definitely be going back!!

This is a very unique property with rustic rooms that are designed with unique wood ceiling design with beautifull tile floors and bathroom.

Exceptional 10.0
The lush floral and fauna surrounding of each square foot of this boutique hotel takes every visitor to a place not of the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. You wont get the feeling of being in a chain hotel, that's for sure! The staff, from housekeeping to the folks tending the grounds and to the lovely ladies preparing breakfast every morning made my stay feel that much more special. Unique and exemplary.

Exceptional 10.0
The staff could not have been more accommodating. We were checked-in quickly which was great after a 4 hour drive from Arenal. The rooms were spacious, we had unit 9 which had two twin beds and a queen in an upstairs loft. The patio and outside seating areas offered privacy, as well. Kudos to the ladies who cooked the typical Costa Rican breakfast of rice with black beans, and eggs made to order. The unpaved roads near the hotel and outskirts of the main street may be challenging so wear sneakers, skip the cute sandals.
