The room smell like smoke, it was old, and the design is weird with windows inside the whole bathroom, including between the bathroom and the actual room. The noise can also be a little loud since the walls are pretty thin. With that said the location is good and the staff were very nice.

Arrived early as typhoon Gaemi was approaching and were given early checkin, thank you! Property is excellent, super clean and well equipped with super comfortable beds in good sized rooms. Staff are all very good and friendly and location is great. We originally booked for 4 nights than extended for another 2 . Breakfast is ok. Would we stay again,most certainly yes. Excellent stay .

The hotel room is big and bed is very comfortable. Shower room is big too. The hotel is also very near to a METRO station, so very easy to travel around, even to Airport. There is one supermarket at 5 minutes working distance, plus other restaurants too. The only negative experience is, the towel had bad smell....

Great location and overall a pretty nice set of facilities. All things considered for Kaohsiung it’s great! They also replenish consumables every day as well as change the used towels. The single sliding shower/toilet door setup is definitely more suitable for solo or couples, or friends that you are extremely close/comfortable with. Aside from not being able to close both sides you can definitely see the other side through the reflection through the gap of the glass sliding door.

- The man at the front desk had a very bad attitude. When I checked in, he didn't even say hello; the first thing he did was let out a big sigh. Next, he checked the length of my stay and said, “Check-out is at 11:00. Sign here.” He needs to understand that the attitude of just one receptionist can have a huge impact on customer’s impression of this hotel. - Even though I made sure to avoid booking a room without a window, my room didn't have one. The hotel should provide accurate and appropriate information to the online booking websites.

徒歩圏内で色々と回れました。夕食や足裏マッサージも徒歩圏内で、できました。 シャワーはお湯が出ないのが想定外でした。夕立で体が冷えて暑いシャワーを浴びたかったので。 トイレはバスケットがありましたので、トイレットペーパーを流せない。受付に念の為確認しに行きました。チェックインの際にご案内いただけると良いと思います。
