(+) Beautiful beach. Nice common/pool areas. Good breakfast. (-) Yellowish/Greyish towels that got changed every second day. Old furniture/facilities in the rooms. Uncomfortable beds.

The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back.

O grande trunfo do hotel é sua localizaçao. A praia em frente é maravilhosa! No geral, a experiencia foi positiva, o quarto é confortavel, chuveiro quentinho, com pressao, roupas de cama e travesseiros bons. Entretanto, alguns pontos negativos que preciso destacar: o cafe da manha inicia as 7h. Chegamos as 9h e ja quase nao havia itens, pouca reposiçao. Ha limitaçao de 1 tapioca por pessoa no cafe da manha, o que me parece absurdo dado o nivel do hotel e o valor da diaria. Os preços no bar da praia sao abusivos (12 reais a agua de coco que pagamos 7 nos restaurantes, 13 reais uma lata de cerveja) e nao temos muitas opções proximas como alternativas.

3º vez hospedada neste hotel. Gosto muito, principalmente pela estrutura de lazer perto da praia! Visual maravilhoso. Como sugestão ter mais opções de refrigerantes zeros, e opções mais saudáveis no café da manhã (coisas integrais, diet, sem gluten, etc…), mas o café é maravilhoso! Tudo muito saboroso!
