La cama es comoda la habitacion muy espaciosa, muy bonita vista al jardin.. Se batallo mucho con regular el agua de la regadera o sale muy caliente o sale fria, la cortina de baño muy pequeña se tira mucha agua afuera y el escalon para la tina deverian de ponerle un antiderrapante.

No lo recomiendo
El hotel es bonito y tranquilo, pero está descuidado. Busqué la habitación porque tenía chimenea y me parecía romántico. Al llegar la habitación estaba helada, no tenían leña para la chimenea, nos dejaron un calefactor, muy pequeño que no llegó a calentar nada la habitación. La noche fue heladora y para terminar de arreglar el día, el agua de la ducha no llegó a calentarse nunca. La habitación no tiene armarios para guardar la ropa. Es una pena que un hotel que se ve bonito en el entono y en general, no se haya cuidado y lo cobren a precios de hotel de mucho más lujo. De los peores hoteles en los que me he hospedado en mi vida. No lo recomiendo al menos en época de frío.

Es un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo, con lo necesario para pasar la noche. Aunque teníamos el desayuno incluido, no pudimos tomarlo porque el restaurante abre tarde. Recomiendo que inicien el servicio más temprano, pues teníamos esto calculado en nuestro presupuesto y nos descolocó un poco.

No hay Forma de nadar por qué la Alberca está muy Fría, no sirve su Red wifi la Tv ya es Muy Vieja y se iba la señal no hay clima en la Habitación y no servía el Jacuzzi además de que estaba muy sucio

Quise cancelar y no me dieron opción por lo qie di la oportunidad de quedarme en la propiedad, lamentablemente me encontré con estas (varias) situaciones. -no hay buena señal ni de internet ni de Megacable. -no tienen cuidado en el trato con el cliente, siendo qie varias veces insinuaron que el error es de uno y no del hotel. -olvidaron revisar el cuarto y encontré dos grandes arañas con todo y telaraña en el baño. -se olvidaron prender el agua caliente y tuve que reportarla para que lo hicieran. -olvidaron una botella de agua llena de cloro en el baño ( por suerte la encontré yo y no mis menores hijos). -la comida es medianamente buena, la comida salada o fría. - me enteré que el servicio de restaurante es intermitente por lo que tuve que buscar opciones de comida rápida. Difícil ya que el hotel está en medio de la nada. - el hotel es lindo, pero varias áreas están abandonadas. Todo te queda lejos, tienes que tomar carretera para poder ir o a valle o Avandaro. En si, hay mejores opciones.
