Staff was pleasant, property was clean. But, they charged a $100 "security deposit" for no apparent reason. It is allegedly credited to you upon checkout, but I was told that I could not get a receipt for the credit, that "they" would credit my account. I assumed that " they" must be Choice Hotels. I've never had to pay a security deposit in more than 30 years of travelling

We’ve stayed here before and I believe we’ll be staying here again in the future. The room we had was comfortable and clean. Issues-the door to the bathroom needed some WD40 as it was really noisy when you open and close it. That made it difficult when going to the bathroom at night without waking others up. Also, we had room 111. It was located near the lobby and unfortunately that was not a good location. It was very noisy all night (well at least until 2ish in the AM) which made sleep difficult. When we stay again I’ll request a 2nd floor room away from the lobby.
