This was one of the most disappointing hotels I’ve experience. The first room we walked…
We had an amazing time. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We had some confusion…

Bath water not hot enough
Always a good stay at the Hyatt. Very close to everything downtown.
The stay was wonderful! They upgraded our room and the location was perfect. During COVID the breakfast is a Starbucks voucher, basically a sandwich and a coffee! The room upgrade made up for it! We will stay there again.
Check in was easy. Got to our room and it wasn't cleaned from the last guest's that stayed in there. Moved us to room with no city view like we paid extra for. Next morning we had to grab our stuff and move to a room with a city view and they gave us $20 off for their mistake. Homeless people in the skywalk. What sounded like a domestic abuse case happening that you could hear through the hotel but they were taking care of that. Smelled like weed throughout the entire hotel. We didnt not feel safe while staying there.
The hotel has no food options except Starbucks that close at 2:00. They can do better, other hotels have at least 1 food option during these times. There were no glasses in the room, we had to ask for some plastic ones.
Pillows were very mushy. Room temperature was set at 60 & took a long time to heat up.
My self and both of my Co workers were in room that heard domestic abuse situation We had the call the front front desk They said when they dropped the price , it attracted a lesser quality guest It very scary and dangerous will not rent there again
Interaction with the front desk and other staff was excellent. I was disappointed that there was not a coffee maker in the room, despite it being listed on the Hotels.com website. I was annoyed that there were no cups or glasses in the room, not even for a glass of water. After requesting them from the front desk, it took nearly an hour and a half to have them delivered to the room. At that point I had already tracked down a maid, who pleasantly gave me four individually wrapped plastic cups. Room was very clean.
It was a good stay as usual. Unfortunately in the lobby there were 3 homeless men with their pants around their knees, were very loud and had garbage bags. The front desk did not seem concerned.
very nice, comfortable hotel. Only down side is the parking, unless I missed something it was $28 to park in the ramp.
