The staff is very kind and helpful at all shifts. The breakfast is outstanding delicious with large variety of choices. Furthermore, the restaurant service is great and impeccable. However,It is very hard to make international calls from your room, mainly when have no other options.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto confortável e equipe muito atenciosa. Cafe da manha bom, com alguma variedade e produtos razoáveis. Contudo no ultimo dia de hospedagem, um domingo, o cafe ia das 7 as 11 horas. Cheguei no local as 10 e diversos itens estavam em falta, sem reposição.Faltou pão, suco, entre outras coisas. Produtos como ovos mexidos que devem ser servidos quentes estavam gelados alias isso ocorreu durante toda a estadia. Então se voce quiser tomar um bom cafe acorde bem cedo porque o horario divulgado é armadilha. Outro ponto à ressaltar é a tv do quarto. Imagem horrível. Eles tem canal por assinatura mas seria melhor colocar uma simples antena digital

Execelente hotel, localização em um bairro muito bom. Único ponto de sensibilidade é que os quartos precisam de cortinas ou sistema de black-out efetivos, a claridade do quarto interferiu na qualidade do sono a partir do momento em que o sol raiou.

Experiência ruim desta vez!

Ar-condicionado com problema de vazamento de água pra dentro do quarto, desligamento indevido do frigobar que ocasionou degelo e molhou o carpete, muita demora para fazer um prato no jantar(mais de meia-hora), início do café da manhã somente às 7h no fim de semana onde é ruim para os hóspedes que tem passeios neste horário impossibiltando o café da manhã.
