Overall, staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The property is amazingly beautiful and clean. The adult only aspect is great but still fun and has parties too. The hotel is part of a bigger Bahia resort that has other hotels that share shops, spa, gym on a very safe and secured grounds. The room was spacious, updated and comfortable. There were lots of food options but you need to book restaurant reservations as early as possible since they fill quickly and have limited seating but always have the buffet as a backup.

Amazing , beautiful place!
We had a fantastic time at Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Standouts were Estafa at the front desk, and our amazing housekeeping lady, Isabel De Jesus. These two women went out of their way to help us when we needed them. The place is gorgeous, and spotlessly clean. The beach is beautiful and quiet, with lots of palm trees and "natural" umbrellas very close to the water. The party pool and the entertainment staff made it lots of fun if you wanted that kind of vacation, but the quiet pool, quiet beach and calm atmosphere made it possible to just rest. I would strongly recommend this all-inclusive, and I plan to go back!
