Absolutely everything was wonderful , charm of a small hotel and service of a 6 star . Everyone of the staff and Laurence were an absolute joy to spend a little time with .15 minute walk to main square , but lots right on your doorstep . A gem in the Medina

I cannot fault this place. It was great from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they arranged our taxis to and from the airport as well as a day trip to the waterfalls. Breakfast was tasty with a variety to choose from. The room was gorgeous and very clean. The location was perfect, a short walk to the square but was still peaceful and tranquil. Thank you for making our trip so special.

We had the most amazing stay at the riad Charme D'Orient! Laurence was delightful and her staff was absolutely amazing. Our room was in great conditions, we loved the breakfast and we also took advantage of the Hammam treatments on our last day (to pay separately). The riad is near the Medina but away from the chaos. We received great assistance and care, from booking our taxi to advice on places to visit, etc. We would highly recommend and we hope to go back one day!

We had an absolutely wonderful trip and a truly unforgettable celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary in Marrakech. Our stay at Riad Charmant Dorient exceeded all expectations.
From the very first moment, the entire staff, led by Laurence and Said, made us feel genuinely welcome and deeply cared for. Their hospitality was simply exceptional. They guided us with great insight, helped us plan our days, arranged trips and transportation, and kindly took care of restaurant reservations whenever we asked. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
What touched us the most was the sincere dedication and respect with which the staff approached their work. Their service was not only professional, but also heartfelt. We constantly felt like special guests in their home rather than just visitors in a hotel.
Thank you for making our anniversary celebration so meaningful and memorable. We will cherish these memories for a long time and can wholeheartedly recommend Riad Charmant Dorient to anyone seeking authentic hospitality, warmth, and excellence in Marrakech.

I wanted a true Moroccan experience, so I decided to stay in a riad. Charme d'Orient did not disappoint. From the welcome to the daily breakfast, the rooms and the staff, everything was exceptional. The owner was friendly. She even took the time to look up information about my country and ask questions. She was very personable.
I would definately stay here again when in Marrakech.

Their attention to all details is impeccable, and the riad was even more beautiful than the photos! The riad was gorgeous and Siad and Laurence were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I stayed at this riad for a week and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The service was excellent; the staff and even the owner herself went out of their way to make us feel at home. The place was very clean and always smelling fresh. And the breakfast was delicious, everything fresh and homemade. I highly recommend staying there. To pay for your stay, if, like me, I chose the option to pay upon arrival when booking, it must be in cash. If it's by card, you must have a PayPal account to pay.

Every member of staff were incredibly nice, hospitable, friendly and attentive. Right from the beginning we felt incredibly welcomed. They were all very informative and were able to help us make bookings, arrive from the airport, and even allowed us to leave our bags here after check out so we could continue exploring the souks.
The breakfast that was provided was a generous spread, offering Moroccan tea, coffee, yogurts, fruit, omelettes, cake and more, accompanied by fresh orange juice.
The bedrooms and reception are beautifully decorated, clean, and a good size for 2.
The rooftop is perfect with ample comfortable seating, with access to the jacuzzi and pool downstairs.
We have already decided if we were to come back to Marrakech, this Riad will be the go to place to stay!
