Great stay
The location and apartments were amazing and great value for money right beside all shops and 10 min walk from rail station.even burning at your door step if need a quick snack.the old harbour is also just over 10 mins walk away

Wow
The accommodation is only 10 minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal and right in the heart of the city, the room was fantastic, with a great view over the city from the balcony and windows. Loved being there, didn't have any issues at all, staff were helpful, it had everything we needed for a great stay would highly recommend and would 100% stay here again

Very Disappointed
The hotel has NO air-condition. Make sure you note that. The rooms are warm because of all the sunlight. And the only way to cool it down is by opening the door to the deck. However, there is no cross breeze, so the room stays hot. And, there is NO screen so bugs and mosquitoes WILL come in and WILL bite you. My husband and I learned the hard way. Also, the room wasn’t as clean as advertised. It looked like it could use a deeper cleaning. The trash cans were sticky and the surfaces still seemed to have residue from the last visitors. We did not remove our shoes because we were worried about the cleanliness. Due to the heat, mosquitoes bites, and sanity of the hotel, we left the hotel early and switched hotels because we could not stay more than one night.

Lovely city centre apartment
Stayed for two nights in May. The apartment was maybe starting to show its age a tiny bit but overall was a really great apartment in a very central location. It's easy to get around Rotterdam from the hotel, we just walked. Only negative was a smell in the bathroom on one of the mornings - possibly a partially blocked drain.

Very spacious, but didn’t like that the toilet was not part of the bathroom area also because of its location can be a bit noisy. The drapes had gaps and therefore didn’t give you proper blackout during the night. However the bed was comfy and the kitchen area was nice.
