Bom custo/beneficio
Não é hotel e sim flat, porém oferece cafe da manhã(básico) no restaurante no mesmo prédio, guarda volumes(após fim das diárias) e portaria 24hs. Locaizacao muto boa proximo a tudo no centro de BA, quarto com bom tamanho e cama confortável. Banheiro pequeno principalmente para quem está em 2 ou mais pessoas. Os quartos que dão para a rua da frente (nosso caso) podem incomodar devido ao barulho da rua, Portanto, evite-os.

ES UN EXCELENTE HOTEL LOFTS, ES LA 3º VEZ QUE LO ELEGIMOS, POR UBICACIÓN, COMODIDAD, YA QUE CUENTA CON TODO LO NECESARIO PARA UNA ESTADÍA DE MÁS DE 2 DÍAS, EN CUANTO A HIGIENE IMPECABLE. LAMENTABLEMENTE, Y POR UN INCONVENIENTE OCASIONADO POR EDENOR, EL 2º DÍA NOS QUEDAMOS SIN ENERGÍA ELÉCTRICA, JUSTO EN LA FASE QUE SE ENCONTRABA NUESTRO DPTO., OBVIAMENTE NO PODÍAMOS QUEDARNOS ALLÍ, YA QUE AL NO FUNCIONAR LOS ASCENSORES, DEBÍAMOS UTILIZAR LAS ESCALERAS, NO ES FÁCIL A MI EDAD SUBIR Y BAJAR DESDE UN 3º PISO CONTÍNUAMENTE, A PARTE NO FUNCIONABAN, MICROWAVE, NI CAFETERA, NO PODÍAMOS CARGAR LOS CELULARES, NO HABÍA LUZ NI EN LA HABITACIÓN, NI EN EL BAÑO, TOTAL OSCURIDAD. Hotel costo-eficiente. Por el precio es cómodo, la ambientación es agradable y tiene algunas características de apart, aunque no cocina. Alguna dificultad también para la conexión al wifi por el piso alto que estaban por solucionar. Pero abajo la conexión es buena y tienen computadora para uso público. Hotel cerca de la ciudad sin ayuda
Los pocos dias que fueron tuvimos un problema con inodoro ya que el agua se salía toda y pedí ayuda al muchacho en el lobby y lo que el me contesto que no podía ayudarme ya que estaba solo y me colgó el teléfono así que no podíamos usar el baño en su totalidad y perdimos todo un dia en la habitación sin poder salir. Y me molesto la falta de empatía del recepcionista ante lo que me estaba pasando. También encontramos que el microondas no funcionaba.

Very Centric and well located Hotel
It was an overall great experience, with the exception of the included Breakfast because the Cafeteria Staff were always in a bad mood. The place is not a hotel but the people in the Reception were always friendly and accommodating no matter how late it was. In front you have a convenience store so you can buy Water and snacks at decent prices and you can even heat something in the Microwave. I was there on business so I barely stayed at the place, but i could walk everywhere and the restaurants in the area are great. I lost my SIM card and the cleaning lady found it and left it on the front desk, so I was extremely grateful for this. Will definitely come back next time.

Bom para lanches no ap. Espaçoso e bem localizado.
Passei 8 noites, loft é confortável, mas a limpeza não é boa. O política de troca de toalhas e roupas é um horror. Levam 7 dias para trocar. Para mais de 3 diárias recomendo dividir a reserva em DUAS, assim serão obrigados a trocar sem cobrar. É uma política BURRA.

Es la segunda vez ue nos hospedamos en este apart y la experiencia fue positiva nuevamente. Es cómodo, práctico, super limpio y la atención del personal es excelente. Además, tiene una muy buena ubicación cerca de puntos de interés pero lejos del ruido.

Limpo, mas...
O café da manhã não vale a pena. É um kit com apenas duas medialunas, café/café com leite/ chá, 50ml de suco de laranja e salada de frutas. Cobram 80 pesos no hotel, mas vale apenas 40. O hotel é adaptado, reformado por inteiro, mas percebi várias adaptações do material antigo,principalmente no banheiro: Banheira rachada-remendada, rejuntes antigos, sujos, assento do vaso desgastado... O quarto é bem espaçoso, mas o banheiro peca e os móveis são de qualidade inferior (sofá deformado pelo uso). Cama muito confortável.
