Room was clean and accurate to the listing. Is also in a good location of the City Centre. Although when checking in we were surprised with a £50 ‘security deposit’ which still isn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing but we were told a refund for this security deposit would be processed the day we checked out, subsequently we had an issue getting our security deposit refunded, after multiple attempts to contact the staff we got the refund 2 weeks after checking out.

Centrally located apartment only 4 minute walk from Matthew Street. Local parking available at £20 per day. Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. The main thing that let it down was the bed. The mattress was very lumpy and as a result, I barely slept. I would come again but would hope an upgrade on the mattresses could be done.

At first it wasn't clear how to check in as we were arriving late so i messaged several times through the app without a response but I had read other people's reviews too day that the concierge / reception was in the building opposite and when we arrived some other people directed us there too. There's no driving up Stanley Street after 10pm due to the rising bollards - good to know for other guests. Our first room smelt badly of damp but it was coming from the bathroom drains. We were moved to another room straight away which was nicer. When you arrive, they give you a number you can ring or WhatsApp and they are very responsive. The concierge guy was super friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay, with a great location and very clean rooms and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Decent Apartment, Terrible Service* ★★★☆☆ The apartment itself was decent and clean, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2. However, the check-in process was horrible. Staff were very poor, unhelpful and unprofessional. The worst part has been trying to get my deposit back - it has been an absolute mission with no communication. It may look cheaply priced online but there is a lot of hidden hassle. I would advise people to be very wary about booking here and I very much doubt I will stay here again.

This is not a suitable place for people to stay. There might not even be enough oxygen for animals. Tropical plants might be able to survive in a place this hot and humid. To keep the room from getting stuffy, we had to prop the door open with a chair. If the elevators are working, you can go up to the upper floors; otherwise, you’ll have to carry your luggage yourself. There should be a system in place to ensure that places like this are suitable for tourist accommodations. We realized that many things we didn’t expect to have to know about—and assumed were “standard” when we arrived—were missing for foreign tourists like us. We’d go for walks outside just to get some fresh air. Unless you’re a vegetable, you might want to consider staying somewhere else.

Everything was very good except check-in. The hotel is very clean and very central. I was informed that I would receive a link the day before arrival, but I did not. On the check-in date I tried to contact the property, bu received no ansewer for over 3 hours. The listed phone number was wrong. I came to the hotel and stood outside having no idea what to do. After a while, a representative of the property came ut to me and checked me in.

Highly recommend this accommodation! The room exceeded my expectations considering how great the price was. Perfect location in the centre of Liverpool. Comfortable, clean and with all the amenities needed. As soon as we arrived at the property, Jacob (member of staff) promptly greeted us and checked us in, big thanks to him for being so friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed my stay here and would be quick to return!
