The reception team were absolutely fantastic. Welcoming, helpful whilst being totally professional.
Sorted a taxi to the airport without any hassle and even gave me a drink to take to the airport.

Wonderful location and fantastic service. Breakfast although a little crowed was good, especially if you go early. Parking is convenient and everything was walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel was very clean staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and as my wife is a coeliac it was very accommodating on all occasions we decided to eat there. The only negative is its location in order to see the sites around the only real option was uber or taxi. The public transport was not a good option.

Great hotel, cleanest I've been in, small but quiet pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent with good variety every day. Drink prices are average but the measures are above average! No children nor teenagers while we stayed.
Would strongly recommend this hotel.

Everything in this hotel was lovely the only issue I had was the room it was overlooking a school playground and it blocked out any view considering we were on the beachfront so that was disappointing and very noisy when kids where out playing should probably mention this when selling rooms
Would book again but would be very mindful off room I chose

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Benidorm
Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit Benidorm is during January, February, and November, when hotel prices tend to be lower. For those looking to explore the city's key landmarks, cultural sites, and historical attractions, a stay of at least 4 to 5 days is recommended. This duration allows visitors to enjoy a great value for money while discovering the unique blend of history and culture that Benidorm has to offer, including its beautiful beaches, vibrant shopping areas, and family-friendly activities. With prices potentially dropping during these months, it's an excellent opportunity for travellers on a budget to experience all that this charming destination has in store.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To explore last-minute deals to Benidorm, you may begin by checking the Dealsopens in new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you could find discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. Additionally, consider enabling email alerts or push notifications to remain informed about flash sales and special last-minute offers, helping you take advantage of potential savings. The Smart Shopping tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, so you're more likely to see updates on availability and price drops for your preferred hotels, ensuring you can seize a last-minute getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so having some flexibility with your travel dates could help you save on your stay at a hotel in Benidorm. For those in search of distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher side, we’ll recommend alternative dates that could be more affordable, enhancing your chances of securing a great deal.
Consider your location: Hotels located near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but with Benidorm’s excellent public transport connections, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel further afield that remains well linked. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there’s often superb value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
