Checking in was smooth and the door codes were received before we left the UK Rooms were nice, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Good location, quiet but close to some lovely bars and restaurants. Only criticism would be the size of the roof terrace and pool. We didn’t manage to spend any time there as there are very few beds and were always occupied (or unoccupied but with towels on them for most of the day) We would definitely stay again.

This was our first stay at a fully digital hotel. It was much easier to navigate than we expected. The online team was pretty quick at responding to questions, though when our air conditioning was not working at 10:00 pm when we returned from dinner, they had no one that could come look at the unit until the next morning. There are staff members onsite during the day who were very helpful and courteous, but they leave around 9:00 pm. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. The terrace was lovely - especially at sunrise! Yes, the view to the water is framed by adjacent buildings, but that didn’t bother us. The price was half of the waterfront hotels. The location is quite central, allowing access to both popular beaches and the old town area. It was quiet, even though it is in a very populated area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Lovely accommodation. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Choose a room with an outside view or balcony - we didn’t and missed being able to tell what the weather was! Earplugs were provided which we found odd but quickly realised after the first night that they were needed. Walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING!! Breakfast was good but need to be there before 1030 or no hot food left and no more forthcoming.

Unfortunately upon arrival at 3pm we were unable to get in the lift for 10 minutes to get to our room as the cleaner insisted on going up to other floors & down to lower ground with trolleys full of washing. She wouldn’t allow us to get in the lift just to get to our floor? Not ideal. Also the toilet lid was broken & eventually fell off.

It's a self check in hotel, so no visible staff. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. Unfortunately the rooftop swimming pool was under repair, but would be nice. Its on the small side so maybe at busy times it could be a little crowded. Bonus points for a kettle but no teabags, so take your own PG! Bath towels were the best I've ever had they were fluffy and very large.

Limehome Hotel is perfect location. Old town with the beautiful Benidorm beaches barely a minutes walk away. The room was ideal. Modern and clean, with a fridge, a kettle, safe, hairdryer. I heard no noise from the street outside at all. Good shower, fresh towels daily. Buffet Breakfast had a lot to choose from. Cooked eggs, bacon, pancakes etc, also cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, cereals, various types of bread, rolls, pastries and cakes, very nice coffee and tea selection. The terrace and pool on the roof of the hotel, floor 7, is a nice place to sit during the day, with incredible views. No receptionist at the hotel, it's keyless check in, you have a code instead of a key which I got used to easily. They respond very quickly online, or on WhatsApp, if you need anything they're very helpful.
