"3 star because Room was clean, nice property, breakfast buffet was really big and spread out and restaurant food was really good BUT Check-in process was frustratingly long and then they assigned a wrong room number, internet/wifi did not work at all and reception staff not helpful /no PR. "

"This was a last minute booking due to travel plans being changed by the conflict in the Middle east. This hotel provided a comfortable clean room for a very reasonable price. The staff were all very helpful. DO NOT USE THE CORNER SHOP OUTSIDE THE HOTEL! They were making up prices and taking advantage of tourists! The hotel garden backing onto the Nile river providing an amazing back drop, the pool area was on a floating platform. Tye restaurants were an all you can eat Buffet, Italian or a Chinese i eat in the buffet and the Chinese very nice."

"There are so many points that I would not recommend this property at all. First of all the location on Expedia is not correct and the property is located in a really remote area. Nothing in the neighbourhood! No restaurants at all. The only positive point was a local grocery store which was giving you the regular prices without scamming you as a tourist. But please keep in mind, if you don’t have a car, you can’t even go to the store after the dark as the area is populated with many dogs. The apartment had an odour in the kitchen area which they tried to cover it with strong air freshener which caused migraines for us. No shampoos! Not enough towels and toilet papers! Once we asked for more toilet papers for four nights stay, the owner was not happy about it! My father also asked for bath towels and he just gave him two small unfolded towels! The owner of the property welcomed us, but even though we were super tired and exhausted he kept talking about politics and the current situation in Middle East. The staff who handled breakfast and luggages were really good and friendly."

"This is a great spot! It’s located on the West Bank, away from the hustle and bustle. We used the transfer service the hotel offered which was on-time and very reasonably priced. The hotel itself is super! Immaculate! They have a pool, bar area where they serve beer, wine and some spirits. The restaurant was very good as well. They have pizza and burgers, if that’s your liking. We went for the set menu offer which included local mezze, soup, a main (Egyptian or International), and a dessert. All were great. (They also grow a lot of their own fruits and vegetables on site). After dinner we enjoyed some shisha. All of this and a bottle of wine was less than $100 CAD dor two people. Can’t say enough about this place!"
